Found this comment from a poster on my favorite socialist website www.wsws.org. Not sure where it was heard or reported. It could be out of context? If said in response to a charge by Pelosi it would be much different than a matter of fact statement to her. If anyone knows the source would appreciate. ******************************************************************************************** Bush’s remark to Pelosi of “What didn’t go right?” indicates that he is satisfied with the end result of the Katrina disaster. Do you think it could have been all planned and actually did go as he wanted it to? I put nothing past this morally bankrupt administration. News time was 12:01 EST   9-2-05  AirAmerica Now another statement by Chertoff on 9-9-05 making a statement re: future disaster: Something to the effect: "we must protect against future storms or hurricanes whether natural or man made"  Broadcast on NPR 9-10-05  11:09 EST  Played audio of Chertoff. In the above context, climatic manipulations under the HAARP program (whether accidental or deliberate) would inevitably exacerbate these changes by weakening national economies, destroying infrastructure and potentially triggering the bankruptcy of farmers over vast areas. Surely national governments and the United Nations should address the possible consequences of HAARP and other "non-lethal weapons" on climate change.
