the CIA works for the president. But when the president doesn't, then the CIA works directly for those powers.
Another brilliant poster on this listserv, or possibly two, posted that Bush is deviating from the NWO, which is
after all, what the powers-that-be want, in his desire to invade Iran much sooner than they want to invade it
as well as deviating from them regarding who is to control the internet.
So it makes logical sense from their perspective that the CIA is working directly for the powers-that-be, i.e.
The Illuminati, because he isn't being a good boy all the time unlike John Kerry who would have been for them.
Frankly, both the CIA and the new agency that is headed by Negroponte are Shadow government agencies,
so they should both go into the dumpster of life!
