No charges against owner of Gillette business
GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) -- The Hip Hop Hippie has taken another hit.
Eight months after owner Jeffery Doles was acquitted on charges of selling drug paraphernalia from a store called Hip Hop Hippie, a judge ruled Thursday that the merchandise seized from his store was, in fact, drug paraphernalia.
