well, he got the light rail passed here in minneapolis, and it is my 
understanding that he sent back $800.00 to everyone in minnesota, which had 
previously been "hidden" in the comprehensive annual financial report.
ventura is a "conservative."  the good thing about conservative is that 
theyre not always trying to pass more laws.  if the legislature isnt doing 
anything -that's good.
