Does anyone in his or her right mind really believe that there will be no social disaffection or upheaval if the racist KKK-minded BART officer Mr. Mesherle is found justifiably innocent? Already the deck has been stacked against rightful justice by having zero blacks on the jury, and the trial being moved from Oakland to Los Angles! Even if Mr. Mesherle is found guilty, the sad fact is that on tomorrow, more sadistic police and supremacy prison officials are going to continue to follow his example unabated and consciously few give a goddarn about blacks as we are always considered their primary prey in perpetuity!
