Hi Afshin, 

Inexplicably, smbautohome is now working correctly after a reboot of the
opensolaris system.

Yesterday when this problem was happening: Yes, all users were able to
connect to other static shares successfully, but were not able to connect to
their smbautohome share.

...and since smbautohome is working correctly now, I will not be able to
send a snoop trace.
