We have a samba server and some scripts called smbldap-tools which handle password management for the clients. The following entries in the LDAP database are changed when a user for example on a linux client types "passwd": sambaLMPassword sambaNTPassword sambaPwdLastSet userPassword The userPassword has a format which starts with "e1NT". Does this information help somehow?
