I installed b109 for testing, and found there is a problem when trying to
access directories with the tilde ("~") character in the name.
The error in Windows:
\\server\share\DESIGN~1 refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be
on a harddrive on this computer, yada yada yada...
This filesystem has casesensitivity=insensitive, but the filename really is
DESIGN~1.
The problem does not exist in b105.
