Yes - I'm aware of the many ways to show or get what shares are available but what is missing from this picture is an nfs/showmount like facility to show who has remote mounted what. There are many obvious reasons why you would want this - for me the main one is to validate security, access and to clean up stale mounts before I pull the plug on a share. I believe I'll have to file an RFE (as recommended).
