Yes, we've just reproduced the problem with Windows Server 2008 SP2.
I'll be in touch with Microsoft to see what have changed since Windows
Server 2008 SP1 in that regard.
Workaround: use Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 with SP1.
