We experienced the same problem. Migrating to 117 has cleared this up for us.

This looks to me like the same issue discussed at [1].  This problem
may or may not be resolved by switching to the "/dev" repository and
upgrading to b117; I'm afraid I haven't had a chance to test this very
well.
