Yes, I check and that IS what currently occurs.
At the moment the best solution would be to rename your files.
Unless you're using CATIA. There is a mapping supported
specifically for the CATIA application. (see sharemgr (1M)).
This performs character substitution for the set of non-windows
characters used by catia. This is NOT intended as a general
purpose mechanism.
We should probably look into a solution more like that which
Afshin suggested.
