Let's back up a bit.
Idmap is not expected to work for NetBIOS domainnames. Idmap is never
supposed to be _presented_ with a NetBIOS domainname.
Pretty much, you should never have to mess with NetBIOS domain names in
your configuration.
It seems that for some reason NetBIOS domain names have leaked into your
configuration, and they're causing problems. Let's get them out of there.
Please download and run

and report the output.
