I tried what you suggested, but the smb/server still doesnt start, and
idmap still segfaults.
Here is what idmap produces when you run it:
# idmap list
Connection not established (RPC error)
In snv_123, I get this:
# idmap list
add winuser:*[email protected] unixuser:*
add wingroup:*[email protected] unixgroup:*
