Can you run the following script on your Solaris box and post
the output?
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/cifs-server/files/cifs-gendiag
This could be a known issue which was fixed on snv_114:
6831172 smb_server.c is missing a few smb_server_release() calls
6831734 smbd exit on session reconnect with vc=0
When you get to this situation, you probably cannot even kill smbd
right? That is if you try to kill smbd process it won't go away.

I must restart whole server, if I only restart CIFS server with following commands
OS2009:~# svcadm restart smb/server
OS2009:~# svcadm disable smb/server
OS2009:~# svcadm enable smb/server
it does not help.
I have PostreSQL server on another zone which is working ok, also ssh, http
services are working.
Kind regards, Marko
