fixed in later builds. You need to upgrade to the latest development
build to get those fixes:

The fixes first appeared in 114 or 116, depending on which issue you
were hitting. (I recall there being two nested/related issues at the
time)
The latest build or a kernel patch from Sun support are probably your
best options. Luckilly I hadn't updated my zpool when I first hit
this, and we were able to revert to 2008.11 (101b) which has been
solid.
