If myuser is a member of Domain Admins or Administrators, the file
ownership is correct. By default, files created by members of the
Administrators group will be owned by the Administrators group.

This is standard Windows behavior and is designed to ensure that
having multiple administrators, possibily working on multiple
systems, will not run into file ownership problems when creating,
moving or copying files.
