Hi,
I have a strange issue with Solaris Express 11 and my CIFS mounts, where
my CIFS mount points appear empty. When I cd into my mount point and do
a listing (ls), I don't see anything.
If I force umount and remount, all of my files and directories are
there. This happened after about 2 days of uptime.
I saw the same issue in OpenIndiana io147 but not in (OpenSolaris) snv_134.
I am mounting from two different servers running the Samba version, 3.3.14.
I mount my shares with the following command.
mount -F smbfs -o uid=101,gid=10,fileperms=644,dirperms=755
"//xxx;pa...@xx.xxx.xx.ca/homes" /export/home/paulg/homes
I don't see any errors in /var/log/syslog or /var/adm/messages
Any suggestions ?
