In MS-WSO section 11.6.3, it says:
"The initial character is Unicode \u9827, known as (BLACK CLUB)."
However, if you search the UNICODE charts at unicode.org, U+9827 is actually a
unified Han ideograph,

The closest character that I can find is,
U+2663 ♣ BLACK CLUB SUIT
Could you please explain how MS-WSO arrived at U+9827?
