Thanks for the suggestion.  It works with the SVN version now: I am able to
make CIL completely, yay!  My fix for my errors is thus mentioned earlier in
this thread, except I am not sure how one would determine if flexdll or if
gcc was being used as the linker, so I'm unfortunately not able to provide a
patch.  Also, I encountered another error where the file "libcurses" was not
found, but this was fixed by installing the "libncurses-devel" package into
my version of Cygwin.  I don't know if this is something we can fix inside
the CIL building system, so I am writing it here for posterity.
