Hi Andrea,
About chapter ten and eleven numbering.
To fix the issue we need to change right border of page or choose a
different chapter style.
In any case we should to double-check all pages because printable area
decreases.
I prefer to change right border from 2cm to 3 cm.
It can be done in file common/settings.tex line 5
from \geometry{right=2.0cm} to \geometry{right=3.0cm}
If you want to change chapter style go to line 31 and change
\chapterstyle{madsen} to something else.
