Definitely agree with Andrea and Sam. It never hurts to add them to Mantis BT. I notice that different people do not like to get more email or sign up for the forum or whatever, so occasionally I will add to Mantis BT for them instead and if Andrea wants to cut and paste them in, that would be just fine.
