About Rotate Plugin, I agrre with you RafaMar about a better GUI. For 
all the Preset degree there are in your photomontage I disagree, too 
many. If you want save some special presets there is the Preset Edit 
option in the plugin bar (the 3th icon on the left). So you can save, 
for example, 33.52° and 52.67° and then to load them when you needed. I 
think you always know that feature.
