Resize track in timeline do it right.
Scenario:
Your Project format is 1280x720 (16/9) and you have 2 or more video tracks.
If you want that the edits in a track (renamed "V_40-17") have a
different rate (in your example 2.35 => 40/17) you use RMB on that
edit/track in Timeline and set Size from 1280x720 to 1280x544.
So you can see in the Compositor that the format video in other tracks
remains at 16/9 and in "V_40-17" track is 40/17.
Maybe I misunderstand.

Yes, the purpose is to Ingo, which you can do more directly through
Settings --> Format --> aspect ratio. But I wanted to put this direct
"Aspect Ratio" option also in "Resize Track", because it can be
convenient to have it on the individual tracks in input instead of on
the whole project in output.
