Andrea, I will get the email written concerning yesterday's GIT checkin. But the reason dav1d was downgraded is because we discovered that pre-made downloads did not seek. Specifically the 4K cows (Elecard) in Stream2_AV1_4K_22.7mbps.webm. It is kind of a mess. Sorry.
