MediaInfo rather indicates that this file is of type Top field first.

I loaded this hdv file 20081103140154.m2t in my current Cin-GG, and noticed the Set Format window with Canvas size=1440x1080, W.Ratio=1, H.Ratio=1, Aspect Ratio= 4:3, Interlace mode=Bottom field firstAttached screen shot below
