I just tried to translate the manual from command line: pdflatex CinelerraGG_Manual pdflatex CinelerraGG_Manual pdflatex CinelerraGG_Manual makeindex -s nomencl -o CinelerraGG_Manual.nls CinelerraGG_Manual.nlo pdflatex CinelerraGG_Manual It simply works and places Glossary before the list of tables/figures.
