Very few changes but the extra Memory usage is at least commented out

to make the HTML manual easier.
Yoko has volunteered to do Japanese translation of the website.
MatN updated wikipedia for the 0228 AppImage release and reviewed the
HV 7.3 release.
Andrea has continuously worked on the manual to keep it updated with
recent developments.
Sam has performed maintenance/updates on the server and keeps it
running very smoothly.
Elive support is now generously providing a stable Debian release for
anyone to use.
