Oops, my mistake.
Unfortunately, what I know for, the interpolation feature doesn't work
for FFmpeg plugins (F_<effect>).
Maybe Andrew_R can say if there is a way to use interpolation in Command
Line using FFMPEG. I don't know, sorry.
