If I understand your needs correctly, a possible workaround, not
exactly convenient to use, might be to open a second instance of CinGG
and use it only for daily (reel). Then you would have two timelines at
your disposal. This way cuts on one instance do not affect with the
sync of the other timeline. The problem is the space taken up, but
more importantly the interaction between the two timelines can only be
done by copy/paste and not by Drag & Drop.
