For pure lossless you can use Huffyuv (in MOV); but as intermediate
formats DNxHR; ProRes and CineformHD are very good, perhaps set to the
highest quality. As master/archiving you can also use ffv1 or ffvyuv,
in addition to the above.

PS: are formats that require high-performance PCs and lots of storage space...
