For first lcms2 patch i just "cd .." away from root of cin directory, "cat path_to_lcms2_patch/patch_itself | patch -p1" if patch starts with cinelerra-5.1/ then apply it from directory above one with ./autogen.sh if you want to compile with ffmpeg-6.1 and/or lcms2 you also need to re-run ./autogen.sh/configure steps . May be wait until Phyllis put out ffmpeg 6.1 and patches to git, so it will be less patching on your end? > Even making the changes manually, the build always fails.
