IgorBeg, In this case because the user was new, his notes have to be approved and it takes 5 of them before they will be automatically posted without the Moderator's approval (at least I think it is 5 and so far he has 4). This is because of spam from people taking advantage of the system by advertising casinos and other stuff. all of which happens a lot.
I was late in approving Dave's note because I did not have my computer on.
