Certainly, I was "brave enough to try it" but it did not work well for me. Only loaded 1 image on the timeline for a 1 minute 31 seconds video and played so slow that I was not sure at first if it was even playing then finally saw an image change in the Compositor. The Audio did not work for me, but that is OK. Error messages I got were:
