Checked into GIT, guicast bootstrap.c and Makefile as Andrew provided. Just to make sure nothing "sneaked" in, I checked the Makefile.diff and bootstrap.c.diff files and 0002-Add-sparc32-tested-and-sparc32-on-64-cases-to-guicas.patch and 0001-Unaligned-access-in-bootstrap.c.patch. I did a full build on Fedora 32 and Ubuntu 16 beforehand.
However, right now there is "502 Bad Gateway" on looking at the git changes which I have reported.
