press control and click with a mouse where it shows minutes and
seconds... and the view will change.
In case that statement wasn't clear, the place "where it shows the
minutes and seconds" is the timebar of the program window along the top
above the track display area. (NOT the clock).
But if it doesn't work, then settings->preferneces->interface.
