Hello,
I would like to play a video slower and at some part faster than normal,
so that the final video looks like the same as when you watch a video in
the viewer and press fast forware or "slow motion".
I have been playing around with the "Reframe RT" Effect, but this one
doesn´t seem to be the right Effect for doing this (also with audio).
I have used "Stretch" and "Downsample" in the Reframe RT Effect
Settings, but somehow this isn´t it...
Does anyone know if there is an effect to make a "Fast Forward" and
"Slow Motion" (audio included) Effect in the video?
