I try to compile cinelerra-svn on a x86_64 Suse 10.0 box. Configure
reports a missing OpenEXR, but both the 64-bit and the 32-bit are
installed (from the distro). The error message is
checking for OPENEXR... configure: error: Package requirements
(OpenEXR) were not met.
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively you may set the OPENEXR_CFLAGS and OPENEXR_LIBS
environment variables
to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for
more details.
The PKG_CONFIG_PATH variable contains /usr/lib64 allright, but in there
is no openexr.pc or something. I tried setting OPENEXR_LIBS to
/usr/lib64 (which is where the libs reside), but I don't know what to
set OPENEXR_CFLAGS to. The results from configure where the same after that.
I searched the mailing list from since I subscribed (july '04), searched
bugzilla and googled, but got no clue.
