I forgot to add: - As well as changing that setting I also selected
fixed bitrate. Other workarounds to the -q problem have been posted on
the list involving subsituting a script for the mpeg2enc plugin that
removes the empty q parameter (or gives it a value - I can't remember).
If you keep searching on the mpeg2enc .plugin threads you should find it
(about 8 weeks ago I think).
