Thanks for the comment.  You are correct, 7MB/sec is way too much.  In
the spirit of my guide, I just let the defaults stand for the beginner
who would rather not worry about the details just yet and render
something that works the first time out of the box.  

However, now that you mention it, it makes a lot of sense to lower this
value to something in line with reality.  Substituting in this
calculation:
bitrate in kbps = FPS * WIDTH * HEIGHT * BPP (bits/pixel)
        = 30 * 320 * 240 * .255 (varies, but this would be for high quality
output)

So, bitrate for that size/quality/fps rate would yield:

432 kbps

If you agree, I could add a more explanatory section in the doc
regarding calculating bit rates.

Also,  you are correct.  30fps should work just fine.  I will remove the
one comment from my guide.
