Anyway, even if I encode directly into mpeg2 using a YUV4MPEG stream, I
also render my project into a .mov file which I burn on a DVD.
That way, I'll be able to re-encode it in the future.

Let's assume, that I have recorded using miniDV camcorder.
Here comes my question. Does the quality of the exported .mov file is
decreased compared to the original material form miniDV camcorder? DV is
not loosless so IMHO, it could be worse than original.
BTW, very good and really needed tutorial on video exporting from
cinelerra. Thanx.
