The reframert plugin uses a simple calculation to get its input frame that
doesn't account for previous keyframes. If the previous keyframes had different
scale values, this causes a "jump" at each keyframe, which makes reframert
unusable with keyframes of different scale values.
This patch fixes the reframert calculations to not use an absolute offset from
the beginning of the effect, but an offset from the last keyframe. This
produces a smooth transition through keyframes with different scale values.
