This bug is related to the libdv-0.104 (which is actually an external package)
that is included with HV's version of cinelerra.
HV's version of cinelerra includes most of the libraries it uses whereas the CV
(community version) links to externally to those installed on your linux system.
This Bugzilla is primarily directed at the CV version of cinelerra, and thus the
bug is classed as invalid.
