When zooming in on a still image using camera automation, the center of the
scaled image jumps around with each interpolation - the further you zoom in,
the more noticeable it is.
See attachments to bug containing sample XML file and still image, and short
rendered video sample. Bicubic scaler was used in the sample, but the behavior
is the same for nearest-neighbor or bilinear scaling.
