 And this is what I want, with a few presets.  Maybe an "advanced"
section for tweaking all the parameters.  But first and foremost,
I want something that a naive user could just pick, and be confident
that dvdauthor will not barf on it.

 Desired features:

* Just another format, with a choice of "compression", like AVI and Quicktime.
* Single pass rendering, without a bunch of temporary files
* No dependencies to external executables; built-in with Cinelerra.
* Common settings like "DVD compliant" set by default.
