I tried to upgrade to the latest cinerella -
on debian running apt-get install
(and doing so I lost the version I had...)

get the error message:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
cinelerra: Depends:libquicktimehv (>= 1:2.0.0) but it is not installable
Depends:libquicktimehv (= 1:2.0.0-3svn20060606) but it is not installable E: Sorry, broken packages

so I try to install libquicktimehv, and get:

libquicktimehv: Depends: libfaac0 (>= 1.24+cvs20060416) but 1.24-0.4 is to be
installed
Depends: libfaad2-0 (>= 2.0.0+cvs20060416) but 2.0.0-0.7is to be installed
E: Sorry, broken packages

so I installed libfaac0 and libfaad2-0, no problem installing this - but it doesen't make any difference.
I keep getting the same messages?

Any guidance on this matter?

Kristin
