Hello,
I have been trying to use ReframeRT to slow down the video a bit, using
settings downsample and 2.000. But the video is still at normal speed, i
have been trying a setting of 10.000 but also nothing happens.
Stretch effect to speed up the video works fine.
Does anyone has the same problem? Is there something else to do before
attaching the effect?
