I have not set any accounts to "no mail" during the last week.
But I did with one a while ago, because it kept bouncing. When
every post to the mailing list causes an extra mail to the list
owner (me), it gets tiresome.
The list server can in certain cases disable mail to a subscriber
on its own when it receives excessive bounces. Please check out
your account information in the mailman web interface:

BTW, there is a subscriber whose mail server have kept complaining
about full inbox the last week. The server(s) is/are:
smtp(number).prod.mesa1.secureserver.net
(the number varies)
I will set that subscription to "no mail" soon.
