He doesn't know since he has equated a container (Quicktime) with a codec (ogg
theora) which means:
This is score one more for those who say the spanner sign is too easily missed.
I must admit I had to read to manual (wiki) before I found the settings icon.
You can change the render codec used within the Quicktime container by clicking
on the spanner icons in the render dialogue. There is one icon for audio
settings and one for video settings. Some of the codecs listed there work and
some don't. You would need to file a bug report specific to each codec which is
broken.
