Hello, yes, I am using it since it was usable (Version 0.5), so I don't have much experiece. But I can only say, its INCREDIBLE!! I used incscape some time as well. Incscape has a slightly different focus (SVG), but in xara, all is so fast and seems well-thougt. I am happy to abandon using CorelDraw on Windows in favour of Xara. A shame that this beutiful piece of software is not known widely (there is a windows version availabe for a more than resonable price) Ant the interesting thing is: those guys manage to build an advanced GUI on top of wxWidgets, i.e. cross-platform (They are working on a mac version as well, which is very important for graphics/media software) There is only one problem, hopefully only at the moment. One central libray of xara, the CDraw-Library ist not open source at the moment. It was promised to free this as well, but there seem to be some issues (patents or so IIRC) to be sorted out. So at the moment, it is not "real" open soft, rather "intended" open soft. For example this means it can't go in the main debian distro (but there is a package "xaralx" in non-free) So, just go ahead and try it out!
